I have a double undergrad BA and BSC (so 10ish years of school). I have never not understood what we would be discussing. The odd time a prof might say “heads up this can make people uncomfortable” etc. But then again it’s supposed too.

But isn’t that include in the course synopsis? How do you take a course without knowing what it will discuss? And if there was any doubt don’t profs go through an outline the first day?

Oh ya totally, erotica/animated porn can get crazy weird. But there are sites that regulate content. I don’t know what the solution is. Porn/erotica will never go away but I do think that a story is different from an actual film, particularly when it comes to depictions of rape.

I don’t think it works like that. Same DNA but environment also plays a role in gene expression, and luck frankly. Hense why it’s possible for twins to both carry the gene for an illness and yet not develop it. On asmaller scale my mom is identical but is an inch shorter than her sister.
