For free? I’d take one. Then sell it, buy a Hyundai Ioniq 5 N, and pocket the change.

Well I’m not excited about buying from dealerships that aren’t falling over themselves to figure out how to land 5-6 $figure EV sales that should be easy money due to the affluent customer demographic and giant government subsidies.

I think we have a new contender in the “Number One Easiest Death to Avoid” challenge.

1st Gear: Good.

Always read the source story:

My parents had no idea what I was up to day to day.

Always read the source story:

There’s one way of saying you’re too stupid to understand colloquial English.

You buried the lede...

A California woman is suing JetBlue, claiming the airline’s refusal to allow her emotional support dog to accompany her last year led to a resurgence in her Stage 4 cancer.

Under the ACAA, JetBlue would have been required to accommodate a trained service dog but not an emotional support animal, and JetBlue’s website clearly states that dogs are not allowed in first class.

So their evidence this kid caused the crash is that he had a camera there when the train came through?

Stop doing this “Company loses $X on every unit it sells” nonsense. It’s misleading and sensationalized. Ford, and most companies (Even Nissan, allegedly!) spend money developing new products. They spend that money in anticipation of future sales. Dividing total development cost (already paid up front) by the first

For many these days there is no right or wrong, just clicks or more clicks.

Let’s suppose the accusation is true—causing a crash just for clicks. That would mean that the “genius” teenager has no concept of right and wrong. So they throw his ass in jail for a few years, then maybe right versus wrong will sink in.

Stupidity knows no bounds with today’s yute’s:

Cruise ship tourists suck ass. They don’t stay in hotels, they don’t eat in restaurants, and they buy a few meagre trinkets. In exchange they take up space, treat locals like garbage, and act like decidedly-entitled pricks. Cruise ship tourists contribute very little to local economies.

The tourists coming from Cruise are not the tourists you want. They dont stay at hotels, dont stay overnight for dinner and if you have been in Santorini, you will know they are shuttled in buses to the upper part of the island. These are not good for the locals. You want tourists that stay overnight and these are not

I get what the advisory was intended for. It wasn’t saving Santorini for the tourists. It was saving Santorini residents *from* the tourists. Like warning people to stay indoors because there’s a hailstorm predicted.

Santorini was always a tourist trap, even forty years ago, but ever since China discovered it it has become a neo-dystopian hellscape and I am surprised the locals even allow any tourists in any form whatsoever at this point.
