I remember playing Hyper Lode Runner on my GameBoy when I was a kid. I had no idea what I was doing, but I got to make my own levels so I liked it.

This kind of confuses me. The Marlins are arguing the fans broke their contract (and apparently winning in court?) but the whole reason the fans are breaking their contracts is because the Marlins aren’t providing what the contract said they’d provide. Doesn’t that mean the Marlins broke the contract first?
