This is going to ruin me watching “Fingers” going forward, which kind of sucks as it’s a pretty great film. I was disappointed by him in general: I don’t think he made another film as good as “Fingers” and much like Tobe Hooper he was never able to make a film as good as his debut.

Please do and please don’t volunteer the info as well.

It really depends on the perspective: if he’s in a prison that is very country club-ish and doesn’t involve living in constant fear of your life, it IS a better place. That being said, if it’s the other type of prison and he’s someone’s bitch, well....

I wonder if I’m old enough to BE your dad: I just had the show introduced to me (admittedly not by my three daughters under the age of 10).

I think it’s cause I’m an old man, but I’m definitely sick of the tattoo phase now. When I was a kid tattoos generally were for veterans or rock stars. Now every other Mom in the PTA has a tattoo, and they just don’t feel rebellious or special anymore. And everyone has to go about what their tattoo ‘means’ and how

I’m over 40! It’s true! You’re NEXT! (If you’re a God fearing man, of course)

Only some, however: the epic HS band movie “Cotton Candy” (which the SOB won’t release to DVD for some reason) literally has no Cotton Candy in it.

This is probably way off base, but I assumed the Jane Goodall/Medicine Woman homage in the Venture Bros is how she really was.

*farts

He absolutely was the heart of the show. It took me a while to realize it, but he had this entire pathos that just made that show.

The way this year is going, I’m going to follow Mr. Lahey’s advice and go on the drink for a while and off the food.

Seconded. I thought it made a LOT of sense.

You want misogyny? Oh, I’ll show you misogyny...later though. My wife just told me to take the garbage out and I now have to go outside.

I loved Mad Men and I now believe that you, and not Jimmy Carter, is History’s Greatest Monster. I await your inevitable statue.

Oh my God...I completely forgot that Donnie and Marie special. I can vaguely remember it, but for some reason I remember begging my Mom to watch it. She HATED the Osmonds, but I didn’t realize it till I was older. (She was a first gen Hippie)

The HeeHaw honeys come to mind...

I’ll have you know we had SEVEN channels: three national, usually two to three regional...AND UHF.

You’re forgetting that Lee is a DEMON in the sack...no, in all seriousness you raise some good points. I will say that earlier episodes had her really trying to draw him out and be more ‘loving’ - maybe we’re missing an earlier part of their history before his awfulness consumed him?

Can’t do a little ‘cause he can’t do enough

I didn’t know he was bi-sexual, but I guess there is a huge element of camp in his performances that kind of points it out. I grew up loving his films: as a kid if you saw his name attached to a film in TV Guide it was always worth a peak.
