they're also on CBC.ca, though I'm not sure how geoblocks work the other way around.

3 nights? holy crap! And ok, I suppose the Golden Globe comparison is valid.

Oh yah, there is no way I'd want to survive something like any of these scenarios. I can only hope I'm in the first wave of deaths.

I did not. Are they like the new Genies?

That is really cool!

oooh is it? Let me guess, Vancouver?

This kid was pretty good in that first episode of The Last Kingdom. I was surprised to see he had only 3 titles listed, he should be good.

for anyone who hasnt watched it yet, check out UnReal. It was really good.

it's another one I sometimes get odd looks for. When anyone says they can smell toast I ask if they're having a seizure.

"ach, you know I canna read a word!" the one with the teacher, and second would be "I smell burnt toast!"

oooh that would make sense on how they're titled in Spotify.

The Gratitude Thread

Into season 2 of my "Person of Interest" re-watch. I still get a kick out of seeing old "Lost" cast together in other shows.

I downloaded a logic puzzle app, something something Einstein's Riddle. It has been eating up all my spare time. So much so that I'm dreaming about the damn thing.

Growing up in Canadia we didn't have Nickelodeon, we had YTV. I always assumed the shows on the channel were all Canadian so I'm not sure how to answer this question.

I had French macaroons for the first time this week. I can say I'm not a fan. Maybe it was how they were prepared but they taste too egg-y for my liking. It should also be said I don't like eggs at all, no matter how they are prepared.

Still listening to The World Without Us on the commute, still fascinating. New game on my phone has cut down on reading time at lunch but slowly making progress on Sand by Hugh Howey.

I'm listening to the new one right now, it's pretty good!

Moxy Früvous!

Delmer & Marta looks interesting. IMDB says it was filmed in Edmonton, so that could be fun pointing out recognizable locations.
