eh, she's only Canadian. We're like Americans Lite.

Awesome!
Yup, right in the feels.
or a third option: something completely different? I myself was torn between the 3 things.
Awesome! Hahahh there'll be a revisit of Misfits mother-son duo with Fairley & Sheehan.
hahaha! The exact reason it took so long to finish Subtle Knife was to not let the busriding public see me weeping. Sunglasses can hide a wetness about the eyes, but not the actual weeping. (Seriously, these books hit me hard!)
yah the DNS errors I get are reminders that I should go back to work ;D
wait, really? I had heard about season 2 and was both happy & questioned how they could improve on such a great season 1. I havnt heard though that Quaid will be involved.
Richard Dormer, thank you! And no, not really. They don't infodump or have a Capt Exposition, they trust that the watcher is intelligent and can follow along ;D
Of all the times I've read it its never occurred to me to listen to it! And books two & three are ones that never fail to make me weep.
When I read his name in an article I could only think of Savage!
oh but that's my favourite kind!

I was super stoked to see Song of the Sea pop up on Netflix this week! I loooooved The Secret of Kells but totally missed the boat on Song.
eh, it's all right. Not their best, but ok to listen to once in a while.
Fortitude was incredible. Dark, weird, and you're not sure what it is exactly that you're watching. Stanley Tucci was really great, but the main cop guy was also really great too.
1000 cuts was totally insane! I think it's close to the top of my list for the series if only for the literal "1000 cuts".
I watched the 2nd season of Bates Motel as the 3rd should be popping up on Netflix soon. It was pretty enjoyable. I like both Farminga & Highmore, but I also like picking out the "local" Canadian actors. Ian Tracey FTW!
It's my birthday this weekend and while I don't normally drink I will be in a hotel for a few days so I figure its a good time to booze it up. I haven't decided if I'm going to go the "cheap fruity wine" route or the "boring basic vodka" route. I predict much time wandering the aisles of the local liquor store.
Finished another Reacher book though, as with the previous one, it was not a prototypical Reacher book. Enjoyable, but not quite as fun as they can be. Instead of diving into the next one (which I think is a flashback book) I will start Fangirl at lunch. I've heard good things and am looking forward to it.
