As a woman that has an "interesting" past (15 years ago), and a woman of color this makes me extremely upset. Basically, we're being told that it's ok to rape and abuse us. As long as we can be proved to be "unreliable" witnesses the attacker will get away with it. If he's rich, white, and powerful.
