For some people being touched by a stranger is incredibly triggering because they have a history of trauma. While a second of contact may be nothing to you, it can bring up a lot of shit for other people. Touch is one of the most common issues I see in my clients. 

Being in nature can make a huge difference, and it’s one of the reasons I always try to take my clients outside for therapy. Even if it’s just to a park. I used to work only steps away from the beach, and my clients loved when we would go down to the shore for therapy.

One thing I didn’t like about this episode is that the sisters didn’t take enough time to talk about the consequences of the spell, or try to find an alternative to the spell. Like finding and killing the demon. They went for the nuclear option very fast. I’m interested to see if what has been changed due to them…

Yea, they both seem to be handling it really well. They are both using it for their comedy/music, but nothing they say is shade on the other. Considering some of the shit we’ve seen other celebrities and even regular people put out there, this is good. 

I find it really charming that she is able to laugh at her mistake and doesn’t take herself to seriously. I continue to grow more fond of her, and wish her the best. 

The next boyfriend and/or ex? 

I’ve liked her since she was on Zoey 101, and she was the only reason I watched even a little bit of that show. She lost me for a little while around the time she licked that donut, but I’m back in her camp now. I’m not one to get invested in celebrities, at all, but I really do want her to be happy.

As someone who has lived in the area my entire life and has chosen to work in the area as a social worker, it’s really not horrible. Of course the cities you mentioned have issues, but there is a lot of good within them too, specifically the people who live here.
