Oh damn, that’s sad. I wasn’t too familiar with him or his music, but he played at the House of Blues a few years back and I got my brother tickets because he’s been a fan for a while. I’m sure he’s going to be upset about this.

The 3 victims who died are Black.
For some people being touched by a stranger is incredibly triggering because they have a history of trauma. While a second of contact may be nothing to you, it can bring up a lot of shit for other people. Touch is one of the most common issues I see in my clients.
Being in nature can make a huge difference, and it’s one of the reasons I always try to take my clients outside for therapy. Even if it’s just to a park. I used to work only steps away from the beach, and my clients loved when we would go down to the shore for therapy.
Matilda was one of my favorite movies growing up, and I recently rewatched it. It brought the biggest smile to my face even all these years later.
Something about that header picture makes her look like Melania Trump to me.
There are still a lot of things that bug me about the show, but it’s growing on me with each new episode. Right now I feel like there is too much going on in the show. Galvin has that mark on him, Parker is part demon, Macy has a darkness in her, Nico is sure to turn up again, the flirty maybe demon woman, and a bunch…
One thing I didn’t like about this episode is that the sisters didn’t take enough time to talk about the consequences of the spell, or try to find an alternative to the spell. Like finding and killing the demon. They went for the nuclear option very fast. I’m interested to see if what has been changed due to them…
I don’t recall ever hearing about oat milk, but now I really want to try it. I’ll have to hunt some down this weekend, or make some which seems pretty easy.
Nobody believes this was spontaneous, right?
I feel awful about the baby dying and that Lisa and her husband have lost a child. I understand the desire to have a baby at home with as little intervention as possible, but at some point you have to be able to recognize that something is wrong and seek out professional help. Complications happen, and in those…
Whoops, I got the wrong show name. I meant Victorious, not Zoey 101.
Yea, they both seem to be handling it really well. They are both using it for their comedy/music, but nothing they say is shade on the other. Considering some of the shit we’ve seen other celebrities and even regular people put out there, this is good.
I find it really charming that she is able to laugh at her mistake and doesn’t take herself to seriously. I continue to grow more fond of her, and wish her the best.
The next boyfriend and/or ex?
I’ve liked her since she was on Zoey 101, and she was the only reason I watched even a little bit of that show. She lost me for a little while around the time she licked that donut, but I’m back in her camp now. I’m not one to get invested in celebrities, at all, but I really do want her to be happy.
As someone who has lived in the area my entire life and has chosen to work in the area as a social worker, it’s really not horrible. Of course the cities you mentioned have issues, but there is a lot of good within them too, specifically the people who live here.
Honestly, I have mixed feelings too. I don’t think the teacher is a horrible person who deserves to go to jail and have his life ruined, but I’m also just not ok with how he acted. I’m a social worker who works with adolescents and adults who say stuff like this to me every single day. I’ve been called a cunt,…
I live less than 2 miles from Maywood Academy, and it’s part of the larger community I grew up, and currently live in. I’m honestly really surprised by how divided people are on what this teacher did. I get where his supporters are coming from, but as a social worker working and living in this community, the teacher…
Ever story I’ve read says he’s 14.
