You do understand how legal precedent works, right? If she wins this case, then there is precedent for not denying service based on gender identity.

I think most of us can find a lot of similarities in what you’ve written. Even with the most sensitive and “together” male friends, family members and partners seem to have no problem with having the women in their lives do their emotional work for them.
