Right, so my point isn’t that we should give these terrible humans a break. My point is that making fun of those people by specifically focusing on the idea that “if you just try, you can get laid” isn’t particularly helpful or free of shame, especially since there are more people than you would think who live with

To clarify: I am a woman, so I don’t really have a dog in this fight (except that I would prefer not to be blamed, shot, or scapegoated for other people’s bad behavior), and I really don’t understand the point of making fun of anyone who is involuntarily a virgin who is also not blaming anyone else for that state of

I get that it’s annoying that people are trying to figure out Melania, and part of that is entertaining the idea that she might be in a bad spot (and therefore be more of a sympathetic figure).

However, just like the commenters who think she may be a victim (based, you know, on Trump’s past relationships with women),

This argument is significantly less convincing since the guy who actually had the chance to write about it currently acknowledges that the decision to not print the story was wrong, even at the time he made it.

I just want a live-action Alanna series, and am still bitter that it got skipped over in all the teen-movie hysteria of 5 years ago...

Wait, didn’t they have a character like that on Reign?

Yep, she confirmed a while back that all of the hair-dying she did for her tv show basically killed her hair (Gwen Stefani has the same problem), and she can’t grow it out very long at all.

The only thing different about these two photos is straight hair, a tan, and 5 years. What’s the issue?

Because the chemicals in spray-tans are almost as bad for you as tanning itself. There are a few companies that do non-toxic, but for the most part, especially if it’s being aerosolized, it’s suuuuper bad for you :(

Side note: oh my God, Christina, no more lip-fillers!!!

Yooooo, victimizers can be victims, this is not the best hot take!

Stonewall was in 1969. It wasn’t long ago that gay and trans people were assaulted and murdered by police on the regular - and it still happens. Many people in the queer community have very good reason to not want cops at these events.

Um, here’s the original “Pride” that you are “mourning”:

Interesting, as I didn’t read the OP’s comment as pot-stirring - I see no implication that Quadzilla didn’t do something wrong from the comment.

In fact, I thought it was a pretty good point, especially since the article very conveniently left out any mention of race, despite one of the interviewee’s explicitly

Okay, I’m literally laughing at loud at your comments, mostly because I am so familiar with henna (would get it done at renaissance faires and parades and summer events as a kid, i currently dye my hair with it, etc.), and it’s just NOT painful or permanent or any of that.

Sorry - I’m not trying to be condescending or

Wow, you realize that no amount of money will make clinical depression go away, right? Seriously, please fuck right off.

I dunno, based on the female-led action movies of the last five years, it could actually be super popular among women, especially those who have never seen another Star Wars movie before! I would die laughing.
