A lot of people are more productive working from home compared to a big office with a lot of people and distractions.

Good.
See, this is what’s great about this game. I have no idea who Karlach is. Never ran into them. But maybe I will on the next playthrough.
I’m with you on party composition. It’s pretty much always Lae’zel for tanking, Shadowheart for healing, and Gale for damage. I WANT to hang out with Astarion, but he’s just not that useful to me. My character is a sorcerer, so between Knock and high dexterity, I just don’t need him.
The ship building is the coolest part of the game for me.
The moment she shows Harper a photo of her kids on her phone (while claiming to be looking to show off “her trainer”) felt particularly calculated in its ditziness, almost as if she knew what she was doing, telling Harper in no uncertain terms why she stayed with Cameron
It isn’t even really broken. People are annoyed they don’t get to pubstomp every match and don’t seem to understand their connection issues are absolutely not universal. Maybe there’s a case to be made for the very top end ranked lobbies being a bit unbalanced but Respawn has always said they’re prioritizing queue…
To be fair, customs and immigration is a shitshow most of the time inside the US as well. LONG before the pandemic, (summer 2015) I flew from Paris to Philly with a connection to Portland, ME. Despite being in first class, and thus first off our plane, and having a 3.5hr connection time, we barely made it. Annoyingly,…
Nope. Listen, I’ve loved Diablo from day 1, played Hellfire, used to wake up before school to grind for runes in D2, and enjoyed D3 post auction house, but there is no way in hell I’m downloading Immortal. Yeah, I could play for free, but number of downloads is still a metric Blizzard uses; number of “potential…
People want to give Favreau and Filoni all this credit, and they deserve some of it, for steering the Star Wars boat in a good direction. But, to me, they’re continuing to violate the cardinal sin of Star Wars. They’re failing to expand the scope.
as someone who didn’t watch clone wars, but quite enjoyed rebels, the added context doesn’t really make the new live action stuff any better or more interesting.
I’m not sure we are supposed to believe Perrin actually has strong romantic feelings for Egwene. The Black Wind says it, and Nynaeve infers it, and then Rand reacts strongly to the suggestion. But both Egwene and Perrin deny it, and I think we are supposed to see Rand as overreacting, in a way that is a potential hint…
The chemistry between Perrin and Egwene has been on screen a bunch, and there are some romantic comedy tics (Laila doesn't go to Egwene's ceremony, Perrin looks as nervous as Rand when she comes back, Perrin looks possessive when she's dancing with Aram) that imply he's into her, but it's a turn that doesn't feel…
That Rand reveal was so odd. I don’t exactly remember how it went in the books, so long since I read to remember that level of detail, but I considered on page it might have been something that could be pulled off. Yet here to have Rand just remember the Winds told him that he was the Dragon, admit that he always knew…
I haven’t come across anything unusual yet. Although as I’m getting older my skill level is dropping for games like this. Same goes for Gears 5, I love the MP in that game but I’m so terrible at it. I’m also pretty terrible in Halo Infinite but I keep going.
I look forward to paying $7 once and cramming in a lot of listening. I don’t know if I’m up for $84 a year for podcasts.
I bought a fender strat kit a few months ago, started learning the guitar but it’s really tedious. It takes too much practice to get any good.
I moved to MN a few years ago, and it was really an adjustment. It’s both so much more and less progressive than anywhere else I’ve lived. People will like get “Eid Mubarak” yard signs for the benefit of neighbors that they’re afraid to talk to.
Yeah, but we also let Jesse Ventura run the entire state for four years despite giving a Playboy interview where he called organized religion a crutch for the weak-minded.
Oh god, it's going to be Biden.
