Case of the week would be so goddamn easy on this show. It’s baked into the premise. Even if they stretched it to a case having to fill two episodes in a row it would be an improvement. Save the “big Bad” for a final arc of a few episodes after building them up in the background here and there earlier.

Way too much comparing to other, related shows but not comparing to their initial runs. I didn’t care for the idea that “Fry met Leela at 4 minutes and Bender at 8 minutes but Bean groups up with Elfo at the end” was a bad thing. I don’t want the shows to copy the way they develop and considering this show seems to

Technically, it has already with Gene at the Cinnabon. That’s either taking place during Breaking Bad (while Walt is in hiding) or shortly after.

Too much shit on September 14th. Vandal, Bojack, AND Norm’s show?

I’m sure if we read comments from articles when twitter came out there were plenty of people rolling their eyes and laughing at “tweet”.

I took the letter to be written at a time when Chuck did feel pride for Jimmy and they only started hardcore feuding after the letter had been written. I think Kim’s reaction this week and after Jimmy flipped back to normal and started whistling without a care in the world is because she is stunned at how little

I feel like the letter was written earlier and the decision to leave only $5,000 came later, while they were in the middle of feuding again. The letter sounds like it was from when Jimmy was still in the mailroom and working his way up.

I also thought that Gale saying that the best of the meth samples having some contaminant was a reference to Jesse’s early cooking days. Didn’t he put chili powder or some other dumb shit in his mix? Gale said that without the contaminant his purity would be even better.

I mean....you could argue the show itself is just fan service. And I’m fine with it.

I am looking forward to when Mike starts working with Victor and Tyrus and we see just how much more he actually knows and can teach those two. While they look like pros now I’m sure there will be other stuff that Mike has more knowledge about. He was a former cop, after all.

I think Mike still has a little ways to go. While we have seen him kill on this show he still doesn’t seem like the guy who takes out regular hits for Fring or is grizzled by his job. He still is more security/protection but not the guy who is cleaning up overdose junkie bodies or taking out full factories of drug

TV series.

The first season didn’t exactly look subtle and nuanced based on the first trailers. It was only after viewing the full series did I realize how much better it was than just “Who drew the dicks?”.

For fucking real. Give me at least 24 hours. I had already had it spoiled elsewhere that someone from Breaking Bad was coming back. And now I know.

He said on the phone that he wants his son to spend some time with his grandmother before she’s totally gone, mentally speaking. Obviously, there could be something else compelling him to bring his son to the town but at least the show explained one reason why.

Not working for me. Wondering if AVClub sites found a way to block it? It’s frustrating

I don’t think she knows what “dry humor” is.

When pro wrestling’s Vince McMahon had his character “die” in a limo explosion in WWF/WWE, apparently Trump called to see if he was okay and didn’t know it was fake.

The message didn’t say it would re-subscribe you and was purposely deceptive. I clicked I accept because I hadn’t cancelled my plan originally. People who actually cancelled their plan should not have even had that option pop up.
