I used Twitter and Reddit as just named examples but I see these kind of things everywhere. I totally get some folks like yourself who don’t regularly go to a variety of sites or social media platforms and want to still keep up with what is going on. I think my problem is more about the lack of effort than the

The guy that played The Crooked Man in the Conjuring film series is also well known in the horror field for being able to portray different scary monsters based on his condition that has left him super tall and lanky but with good flexibility. It’s definitely something to consider when you have these features.

I disagree that this is a blog. It used to be a more nuanced website with actual articles and reviews about current pop culture. There used to be writers who had some substance behind them who have all left for different outlets.

Sorry, I know it came off annoyed and snarky. Didn’t mean to hate on the article/author. It’s more just that I’ve seen a handful of sites that I really like start to devolve to something that focuses less on substance and more on just re-reporting what is getting popular elsewhere. AVClub and Hitfix (and even some of

This is actually perfect. It’s 100% what I hate about this kind of thing.

This is what articles are now.

lol this is the same woman (and I’m a huge fan of her and her work) who started her Golden Globes speech with “Representation” and then went on to thank her team of managers and PR people instead of going the route most expected her to go....with talking about diversity in film. I feel like this speech was probably

Yea, she’s a Seth Rich conspiracy theorist. That alone ended any interest from me.

I’ve loved his work since Mad TV Days and this is just surreal. So happpy for Jordan and whatever he does going forward.

My mom wanted to know what was up with Maya’s dress. So for all the people who are way more educated and in the know than me please explain to me/my mom what it was about. I generally don’t give a crap about this but what else is the internet for?

It’s like an animated Curb Your Enthusiasm. This show is/was so good and I wish we had more of it. I’ve laughed so hard at so many episodes and situations. Tim is a hilarious character.

Ahhhh, thanks for the reminder. I knew for sure they switched bodies but must have missed the teleporting away with both of them. I do remember her slumping over in the chair. I think a few other comments and the fact that the review doesn’t even mention the body switching made me mis-remember some things. I’d be all

Couldn’t save her. Force field. Still sucks she was killed AND Ralph didn’t offer any parting words after “Just look at me”.

Maybe because when they tried something similar earlier Devoe just used the bad luck power to screw them up.

She was in a force field/barrier thing, right? So Flash knew he couldn’t penetrate it to save her.

As others have speculated, the plan seems to be to collect the bus meta powers in a certain order. Ralph would be the last one of the 12 so that he can be the “permanent” new body for Devoe - a body that can shapeshift into his original appearance. This would make his wife happy (as she’s been seeming less on-board

Wasn’t Becky left on the street, though? When Devoe took Izzy’s body instead?

Guessing it’s a style choice but the teal/orange look is used in a lot of films. Don’t generally see it on TV shows that much. I kinda like it. Stands out.

I lost it after the first time Jimmy dodged a punch and hit one of the girls in the back. The fact that it escalated immediately and aggressively had me cracking up for a while. I love this show and The Mick. I acknowledge they are both basically playing versions of their Sunny characters but that works for me.

I just want them to explain how Shrek fits into this world. Will Smith calls one of them Shrek and it’s like....so did that movie come out the exact same way? Or is he referring to a real life orc named Shrek? Who has some kind of celebrity status? I’m dying for these answers!
