I wanted to find a seat for an elderly (but very fit, workout clothes type of elderly) woman because she was using a cane (also an athletic brand of cane, ha — like Sierra Designs or something) but when I went to turn around (I was standing on a bus) I literally could not. It was that wall-to-wall. Seattle busses SUCK

Surely they can find a compromise, like with Larry Kleist, Rapist.

A weird thing but: happy anniversary!

Yes! And it happened so late US time that I was out and missed all the news coverage, and found out from a friend’s email first thing in the morning. I was so totally floored. Aside: happened to be in Paris three years later right at the entrance to the tunnel, and the Statue of Liberty flame near there was still

So....did Jezebel just invite all the Gawker trolls to crash over here now, or what?

Am I ungrey? YES!!! WOO

I always think of one of my favorite quotes:

Engaged to someone who’s 23?! Oh, honey, no.

Horrifying! : (

I did that in the 90s. My rule is if you did it the first time, you can’t do it the second time. (Not really my rule; I’m sure I read that somewhere.)

Just gotta say Melissa McCarthy looks so fab here!!!

How it looked in 1906. I’m from Cincinnati originally and my folks never stopped lamenting all the beautiful old buildings that were torn down. Now I’m the same way.
