Of course! Here’s a few! Top one is a side by side of the door and the in game inspiration.

I think you nailed the strange hypocrisy on the head. Why would anyone assume that a set of deities shared only the background of the narrow population who worship them, when they allegedly created and support all peoples? But then again, plenty of people still imagine Jesus as the only white guy with blue eyes in the

My love of Supergiant Games’ games has only grown! So much so that I’ve handpainted and themed a part of my house after Transistor. Hades is no exception!

I’m sure it’s not my favorite track in video game history, It’s up there, I’d have to sit down and really think about it, but I do want to give a shout-out to Mick Gordon’s BFG Division from DOOM 2o16. This has got to be the hardest shredding track I’ve ever heard in a video game. It gets me so pumped I could run

My take is a 4 way tie between these pieces

I thought it was a very good game. No pretending required. Just exactly my kinda game, very satisfying to play.

This is impossible for me lol... I’ll just throw out some of my favorites.. Sonic CD, Sonic Adventure, Sonic 3 & Knuckles, Mario Land 2, Mario 64, Mario Galaxy, Mario 3D World, Ristar, Nights into Dreams, Super Metroid, Super Castlevania IV, DK Country, Castlevania Bloodlines, Rondo of Blood, Mischief Makers,

It’s good, but if you go into Bug Fables with the expectation that it is on-par with Thousand-Year Door, you’ll be disappointed.

Have you played Bug Fables? I know it’s annoying that people keep bringing it up, but it is a phenomenal game on its own terms in addition to being everything people want from a TTYD successor. It is a must-play.

Yes yes yes yes yes on Bloodborne, for those exact reasons. I had that same feeling with the original Dark Souls - there was this moment when I felt like I was going to give up, but then I remembered: “People have beaten this game. I’m a person. Ergo, I can beat this game.”

Thousand Year Door is literally my favorite video game and it breaks my heart.

For those wondering why this series hates being an RPG so much, the overall series head, Kensuke Tanabe, revealed as such in an interview. Among the many games he was a producer for at Nintendo (no, he’s not a Director and hasn’t been since Mario 2 USA, instead usually being Advisor, Producer, or Supervisor) was

I’m cautiously optimistic for Ghosts of Tsushima since it’s Sucker Punch. But after that Nintendo Direct, I’m less enthused about Paper Mario’s battle system.

Im not good enough :_: for zack

this is why i can’t seem to keep any fish as decorations (or even bugs sometimes). i’d like to, but the tiny enclosures just make me sad, digital or not.

Wonderful article Hallie! It was an honor to be interviewed by you for this, and thank you for helping me share my story!

Aside from how funny that last promo shot is... this looks really cool. I used to game on my couch a lot when I lived in an apartment - had the laptop hooked to the TV and a wireless mouse & wireless keyboard. I just used the mouse on the cushion next to me, which worked surprisingly well.. but if I let go it would

I can’t tell if this godawful comment is ironic or not.
