Oh well, at least this gives me more of an opportunity to catch up on my backlog. Although, I just got Animal Crossing which is already starting to screw that up now. And, TLOU Part 2 is about to come out... *sighs* I'll never be done with it all.

Glad to hear! I might have to get it on Switch sometime.

I've been meaning to play the Ori games, because I do really like Metroidvanias. And, part of why I liked Hollow Knight so much was its overall sense of style.

Yeah, it is pretty crazy how gameplay experiences can differ so drastically between players. Also, a Dark Souls-Hollow Knight-Sekiro stretch sounds pretty intense. I’m personally a big fan of Hollow Knight myself, and it’s kind of funny how I started playing these long, tough games with that game long before getting

I would say my hardest fight was probably Father Gascgoine. I could get through the first two phases fine, but I kept screwing up on the last phase where he hulks out. A lot of that was I was still getting to terms with the combat, namely the parrying and visceral attacks, neither of which I was great at in Dark

That’s a pretty interesting way to look at it! I think I might get TLOU Part 2 after I finish Bloodborne (just beat that giant potato spider and saw all the creepy Lovecraft shit on the buildings) and start getting into a rhythm with Animal Crossing.

I just played through it for the first time in the last couple of weeks. I wasn’t big on it at first, but I ended up really liking it by the end. I don’t know if I’m going to get TLOU Part 2 just yet. It’s a mix of my copy of Animal Crossing’s finally coming in tomorrow, and I’m still playing (and really enjoying)

Hell, yeah! Respect for Feeding Frenzy 2!

This week I restarted Disco Elysium, because I hadn’t finished it yet and wanted to re-immerse myself in the world, the story, and my character. This was the third time I had restarted the game as I had been previously playing the game with my brother as we made the dialogue choices together and decided where to go,

This is just a really well done show all around. It's nice to see DC, who mostly have portrayed themselves as the darker alternative to Marvel, poke fun at themselves. It also allows for characters like Harley Quinn and less notable characters like Poison Ivy, Clayface, King Shark, and even fucking Kite Man to be more

Started Assassin's Creed Odyssey yesterday, so I'm probably going to be playing that and Okami.

Yeah, I’m not really a fan of Andromeda, mostly due to its repetitiveness. I also think the writing, world, and characters are not as interesting as the trilogy’s.

Yeah. I realized while I was playing Okami that I hadn’t played a Zelda game since I got BOTW with my Switch three years ago. I am really enjoying the similarities with Zelda games like OOT, WW, and TP while also admiring the differences (art style, use of Japanese mythology, quirkier tone, and cruder humor).

That’s cool. I got it for 50% on the eshop. I had wanted to get it for a while but hadn’t because it’s 9 GB on the Switch. I got a microSD card a little while back and finally decided now was as good a time as any.

I’ve been playing a lot of games to take my mind off things, but my biggest gaming project so far in the quarantine was doing a playthrough of the Mass Effect Trilogy again. It had been quite a while since I last did one (maybe 3 or 4 years), and I actually had never done a full playthrough with FemShep yet (I had

My first time with Okami, too! I'm even at where you are! What are you playing it on? I'm on Switch.

Great article! I wish I had a degree in Pokemon-ology. Then, my professor name would be Professor Palm, being named for the palm tree and the hand gesture I make to my face when some idiot doesn’t believe in evolution in the FUCKING Pokemon world.

Jesus.

Wow. I actually completely agree with this list. Mario Kart 8 and Double Dash are great, everything else is varying degrees of good, except Mario Kart Tour.

Great stuff.
