The Reliant? Oh, man… that would be SWEET!

SO. MUCH. AWESOME.

Superman is the best. Seriously, he is just the f%$#ing best. And the biggest screw-up writers make with Superman is trying to make him like other heroes, rather than making Superman the guy other heroes WISH they could be.

I do hope you're right, because honestly, that sounds awesome!

I loved Max's requests when they asked for his help. After they shoot down his obvious first choice— freedom— he bounces back with "Okay, then how 'bout a case of Dr. Pepper and access to my Netflix subscription?"

There was so much in this episode that just wrecked what could have been a great story.

Y'know, this whole episode would have worked a LOT better if, like in the Alan Moore story this was based on, Kara woke up from minute one believing she was still on Krypton. Then the show could have avoided wasting precious minutes on the tired "this isn't right! There's something wrong here!" set-up and gotten a

I'm kinda hoping the IGH connection is more a lead-in to Nuke's participation in the Defenders miniseries, rather than an avenue to explore Jessica's origins. At the very least, the IGH connection could lead to OTHER superpowered characters. Maybe a whole BUNCH of them… which, again, would be perfect for The Defenders.

Continuity error! This show is TERRIBLE!

… Actually, I hate to be pedantic, but Benoist actually never wears the reversed "S" shield. When Benoist is playing the clone, she's wearing a perfectly-made replica of Supergirl's suit. Which is why it's weird— she goes through a physical transformation (into a whole 'nother actress), and rather than try to fix what

Uhh… my point wasn't that it was weird for Bizarro to have a reversed "S" shield. I KNOW the character in the comics has sported one more often than not.

Anyone else here wondering why Max Lord bothered to tailor a darker outfit with a reversed "S" shield for his Supergirl clone?

Way, waaaay back in the first season of Lois & Clark, there was an episode titled "Vatman" that was almost exactly like this one. It opened with Clark watching footage of another Superman saving a plane. We find out that the other Superman is a clone created by Lex Luthor, with a rudimentary intellect and a programmed

I love, love, LOVE Wentworth Miller as Captain Cold. He's been my favorite recurring character on The Flash for a while now. But I'll admit, lately I'd been feeling like he's been skewing a little too far on the side of camp with his performance. As the shows themselves have pushed more and more into comic book-y

Oh, for… Last week's Arrow JUST BACKTRACKED Sara's bloodlust, with Malcolm saying that Constantine "made her whole" and cancelled out the bloodlust's effects. And now, THE FOLLOWING NIGHT, Legends of Tomorrow not only remembers the bloodlust, but makes it a big character arc?

"Really, the only question that remains is whether this sequel can possibly live up to the beloved original."

I KNEW IT!

So much to talk about…

MAKE IT TIME TRAVEL! Barry ends up several years into the future, and we discover that the Supergirl universe is actually the CW universe a couple of years after Superman arrived!

I used to say stuff like that about major plot developments on The Flash and Arrow, too… until I realized that Kreisberg and co. don't like to save anything for later. Suspense just isn't in their DNA— they want to do it all NOW.
