Seriously? She was 'sexually assaulted'? No, she wasn't. A cop grabbed her. If a cop grabbed me by the front of my shirt and gave me a bruise on my chest, that's not sexual assault. Maybe you could say it was just 'assault', perhaps even 'aggravated assault', but it's not 'sexual assault'.
