Actually, the first thing I did when he did come out was check out his scouting reports from before he announced. They all said he was too small to play DE in the NFL, yet not fast enough to play LB. that right there is a recipe for being an NFL bust.

Better than “2014 Deflategate Snitchers”

Former teller here too, and yeah, they would get in deep shit for that. Usually max total top drawer is $2500 or so.

Reminds me of NYC refusing to rename the Shea Stadium subway and LIRR stops as Citi Field, because they aren’t getting any money from Citibank. Instead, the stops are now called “Mets-Willets Point”.

Brian McCann would approve.

Popular misconception. This is just how they pass in Mexico.

My step father had been a municipal course golfer for years. He retired a few years ago, and he and a friend looked into joining a country club. One of the local clubs had their membership decimated by Bernie Madoff, and in an effort to survive, had dramatically reduced initiation fees. They both joined. Right off the

I played in a charity outing at a country club yesterday. Before the round, I went into the locker room to take a leak, and noticed the “Club Rules” sign on the wall. I had already broken 8 of the 12 before teeing off. I was impressed.

“Off the skylight, through the catwalk, under the scoreboard, nothing but net.”

I feel your pain.

Wouldn't work. Then the ball wouldn't carry at all. It's basically a no win situation. Better option is try to use different woods that don't shatter as easily.

There have been metal and composite material bats for years. Very popular in little league and high school. Problem is the ball comes off the bat way faster, and on the pro level, it would be too dangerous for the fielders.

Also has a lot to do with the type of bat. Ash tends to splinter, while Maple is more likely to break cleanly.

This guy is my new hero. Way to go pops!

That should probably read “build more space to put things for fans to spend money on”.

I understand why attendance is down league wide. Going to an NFL game has become such an expensive, unpleasant and difficult experience, it's easier and more fun to go to your local sports bar, or just stay home. I used to go to lots of Giants games. It turned into a miserable experience. I just stopped. I even turn

I said this in the comments of another thread a week or so ago. It's been rumored in the city since it happened.

On the Lancaster PA video, 1) The highway system there is designed horrendously. I go there often, and when I do, I switch my gps to “avoid highways”. I’d rather get where I'm going 5 minutes later and enjoy a peaceful ride through back roads through farmland. 2) At least 50% of the people on the road are tourists,

In all seriousness, it was a walk off WALK. You didn't do anything except not swing buddy, get your ass to first, keep your helmet on until you do, then celebrate.
