Thanks for the input. I loved Dark Souls I and II. I'm looking for something to keep me playing my 3DS right now. Blazed through Shovel Knight, Super Mario Bros. 2, and LoZ: Link Between Worlds. Looking for my next purchase that won't take a week to beat.

Is this a difficult series to get into? I've never played a MH game before, but I recently got a 3DS and this one looks interesting to me. Just not sure if this is an easy one for beginners to pick up right away or not.
