As someone who grew up with the original this is appalling watching them speak. Like how did this get through without someone calling “Yikes”? I’ll stick with the remaster that came out recently as this doesn’t do anything special for me. Graphics don’t mean much when I can’t even watch them speak to each other…

Honestly, I’m surprised that a studio hasn’t figured out an algorithm that could rig mouth movements to words. We have a really sophisticated understanding of the mechanics of how humans make sounds, so I don’t see why it couldn’t happen
