Wow, yikes! Re-thinking my sushi bar for dogs idea.

Well, sort of. On the other hand, many murderers, rapists, etc., have family who know they’re a problem and fear what they might do. If you told me my brother raped a teen? I’d believe you in a moment because I know him.

Wait, what’s wrong with that? Aren’t the omega 3s good for them? (worried now...)

Why did this post not mention that Charbonnet is black?

No, he didn’t.

Absolutely disagree. Censure him if an investigation finds he’s responsible, but let the voters of Minnesota decide if they want to re-elect him.

In my life I’ve had exactly one concussion, from running into someone full speed in college.

Then you fucked up, and fucked the rest of us in the process. Thanks, and I hope your purity keeps you warm at night.

Had a boyfriend hug me hard (sporting victory-related) and fractured a rib.

Also, kind of handsome in a ramshackle way (what? it matters!).

Hey, I don’t even know how to respond to a polite ‘I’ll rethink that’ comment online. Wow! I’m humbled and honored (not even joking). Thanks for thinking more and I completely agree - if more sex crimes were prosecuted and taken seriously, people might get the idea that it’s a big fucking deal.

No - I understand what you’re saying but no. The sex crime registry was created because we have decided, as a society, that those specific crimes are the kind that you cannot be rehabilitated from. Murder? Arson? Eventually you pay your debt to society. Killing someone (often!) shows poor impulse control, but we agree

This is so fucking stupid. I’m Chinese. Does that mean I can dress as Mulan but not a ninja? Can my half-Jamaican friend be Bob Marley but not David Ortiz? Or are “Asian” and “Black” good enough categories? But isn’t that showing American first world privilege?

Yes, but the entire point of the registry and this thing with passports is to protect minors against possible predators (because the conventional wisdom is that child molesters have a high rate of recidivism). This dude is not a risk to other minors. Consequences are good, but these consequences make no sense.

No.

Huh, no. It’s saying that it’s an incredibly ephemeral thing for a studio to shut down a huge, Emmy-winning, culturally relevant production for, absent something else.

Thank you - that’s a good term.

ahhhhhhhh

Yes this seems obvious.

Where’s the excusing?
