Seemed appropriate based on assumption he’s awake and talking but not moving. Biggest concern if that’s true is neck injury. I was glad he wasn’t immediately moved and trainer/doc was talking to him to assess his symptoms. Just my 2 cents

It is a bomber aircraft with wings that swing so at over Mach 1 the whole aircraft is in the supersonic cone. It is in service along with the B-52 and its successor the B-2 Spirit. You must be thinking of the Sr-71 Blackbird or the U-2.
That thing is one of my favorite low flying hell makers ever produced.

Man, right? Say what you will about it as an effective combat aircraft, there’s been gallons of ink spilled on that front, but it is undeniably one of the nicest looking aircraft in recent memory.
