Fate of Atlantis was a masterclass in game design all across the board. One of the most enjoyable games I’ve ever played. And as a long time hardcore Indy fan, it really captures that whimsical 30’s Pulp Adventure spirit that is key to all of the best Indy media.

As with any RPG I usually ignore accessories because they're tedious to set up hahahahahaha. Yeah, despite liking RPGs I'm very bad at them.

Funny how someone mentions "fun", everyone's counterpoint is "it looks bad".

Nobody mentioned graphics. While not very nice to look at, and despite the stupid camera, it's still fun to play.

The game was quite fun, albeit short, but i understand cause it was originally a psp game. Also that ending, OMG THAT ENDING!!

That’s the thing about warehouse work...even if it’s for a company you like, it’s still so detached from the organization that it could just as easily be for Sprint or USA Today as it could be for Nintendo. The warehouse and corporate cultures of the same business tend to be unrecognizable to one another.

A-1 Pictures is one of the best current studios, in terms of what they can do with a proper budget. Basically, the reason the visuals in this are sub-par is because they do not have a proper budget for this series(and that is partially SE’s fault, if they wanted it to look better, they could have kicked in more money…

You do know they only reason why these japanese titles are getting released in the west is because digital distribution is much cheaper right?

All you “no physical relese no buy” crowd are then the first to whine an moan when japanese games just don’t get released in the west because of lack of sales

If they didnt release digitally they wouldnt release at all. Its not worth the extra cost based on how they perform. Just be glad we are getting them. By refusing to buy it, all you are doing is telling them that it isnt even worth trying to localize this stuff. This isnt Japan.
