Oh damn that is a good price. I’d go with an Elliptical too as its my preferred piece of cardio equipment but I am limited by space and I live in a rented apartment so noise might be an issue. So I’ve settled on a bike. The Schwann is around the same price.  Also, I’m a believer in paying for quality if you’re going

I suggest rereading my comment before going all high and mighty. At no point did I suggest I was making a sacrifice. Merely that the Schwann models are within my budget range and look to be quality equipment. Comprehension is fun!

In preparation for the likely second wave whenever it comes I’ll likely get an exercise bike. I doubt I’ll go do it yourself but def no Pelotons. The Schwann models look nice without breaking the bank.

I’m a fan of core work like Dragon Flags and Hanging Knee raises but thats just to build total body stability and core strength. However, if you’re doing big compound movements and ya swinging a sledge definetely would count, you really don’t need to worry about things like crunches.

I do mostly hypertrophy work now becuase its all I can fit in however I’ve found a few tricks that seem to work with limited workout times.

Hahahahaha, thanks for proving my point

Guessing you've not read Jump in like... 20 years or anything outside the old Big Three.  There is such a range of manga in Jump if you've cracked open a page youd know that.  The Promised Neverland is one of the biggest series in Jump of the past decade.

You just know the One Piece is going to be some kind of troll and Luffy will not care.

I doubt you ever read a single chapter of shoneb manga. Do you actually think you can just jump into chapter 590 of a 1000 chapter story and get everything going on?

Perhaps the fact you have only read .01% of the manga explains why you don’t get its popularity? One Piece is the ultimate example of a slow burn series that just builds and builds and builds. Each chapter is like a single brick if you stare at the brick its nothing. Its when you back up and see them all placed

I strongly disagree with this take, though I understand it.

I’ve won like 10% of the episodes I’ve played, I get to the finals at least 25% of the time now, and qualify almost every first and second (individual) round I play. EXCEPT SLIME CLIMB, my win:loss on that is so bad. I hate it. I just can’t seem to make it work. It doesn’t help if you get a bad spawn unlike basically

I’m debating which looks worse this or Berserk 2016. I’m going with Berserk only because Berserk has looked great in the past.

Oh god this looks one step above Berserk 2016... God this looks as bad as Berserk 2016 well considering its made by a studio that is so small it doesn’t have a Wikipedia entry I’m not surprised.

Sandbag lifting is literally in the physical fitness test for Canadian Armed Forces members. It is a core part of training as its such useful full body workout keeping people generally fit.

But if carrying around weight were great exercise, then obese people would be fighting to keep weight on.

Carries are awesome. I pick up a couple 45 lb plates and just walk with strict form and its a great total body workout.

Exactly, all proper training programs exist in the range above minimally effective intensity/volume and under maximal recoverable volume. If you are sore on the next day you are supposed to hit that muscle group you did something outside of that range. If you take more time off from the gym you can therefore do more

Cecelia really grew over her time at Kotaku. She went from a pretty basic writer to I’d say their second best reporter and broke as many big stories as Jason only got less credit for it then him. The fact THIS very article is largely written off the back of Cecilia’s article from earlier shows this. Hell, I think a

I think its his “beat” but considering he is writing a book on it he clearly choose it. Its also good for views, lets not forget this is over 300 comments now.
