Tyler, do these JLENS balloons have any connection with the similar to the Tethered Aerostat Radar System's that have been monitoring our southern border for years? I just tracked down a bit more info. The guy who owns it is on Instagram - @bigups. According to a photo he posted on there it's a '68, is the only one in North America and 1 of 109 left in the world. Not sure how accurate any of that is.
