Waluigi is a bit too tall to fit the Luigi mold so he would have to have a custom moveset. That said, has he quickly replaced Ridley as the guy people keep pushing for in Smash? If so I vote for Reggie to be in Smash before Waluigi.

We should be happy everyone is coming back, including DLC characters and Snake. And New characters like Ridley and Inkling.
