Twice in four months now I’ve found myself passionately rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles. I’m beginning to question a lot of things about myself.

Fox News is a disgrace to journalism. Who has to make up a lie to complain about Philadelphia?

You have passed the reading comprehension test and successfully restated the main points of the article above. Well done?

You have no idea the levels of fuckery it takes to make me side with the Fucking Eagles, but by god, Donny Boy has done it.

The fact that the most powerful man in the world is so thin skinned (and utterly fucking stupid) is both maddening and terrifying... Also, fuck Fox News for carrying his water.

Guys I’m starting to think maybe it’s not really about the anthem.

Consoles only accounted for $8.3 billion (and this is total revenue, so is buoyed by micro-transactions, loot boxes, etc.).

I started from when game prices stagnated, which was the launch of the Xbox 360. But yes, our hobby definitely has the lowest barrier of entry than it has ever had.

Thank you for the links.

Lololololololol. Dipshit, you don’t know the difference between quantity sold and revenue made, and I am done trying to explain extremely basic things to someone who clearly has no idea what they are talking about but can’t admit they don’t know what they are talking about. That 70 billion dollar increase is due to

The current console market is about 50% smaller than the previous console market world wide. So, while more people across the planet have the potential of buying a console/game, that doesn’t mean there are more consoles actually sold.

Yes, in an effort to increase their profit the companies have looked to remove unnecessary parts of manufacturing that some customers enjoyed. However, I take issue with your idea that the cost of the game should be determined by the budget, and the fact that it is not is somehow unique to the game industry.

So you weren’t done embarrassing yourself after all. Let me use movies again to illustrate how dumb you are (which I only rely on because the concepts are transferable, but unlike games we have exact dollar figures).

Then let me drag you some more.

So, you are just going to completely ignore the part where I tore your previous assertion to shreds and would like instead to focus on an entirely new argument? No thanks, I have no interest in this moving goal posts tactic.

Yea, but a lot of people that do those things blame it on being bullied!

I don’t think your analysis is necessarily off (it is difficult to know for sure), but my argument isn’t that they shouldn’t release a smaller game on multiple platforms, it is that I would understand if they decided it made financial sense not to.

I don’t think it is the lack of bullying that is the problem, it is the constant pandering that has resulted in the sheer vileness and entitlement that comes out of the community.

You are very wrong, it means “Edible Tasty Apricots”
