Sorry, I'm not an expert on Norwegian culture. I work in an international environment and I've superficially met maybe four or five Norwegians in the past few years. They all liked to drink and I have the impression they tend to be more on the reserved, introverted side (compared to Italians, that is).

Not to be full of stereotypes, but if he's Norwegian, there is a good chance he drinks alcohol. ;)
