But you just agreed with his/her point. The fact that they are being so up front about the “we can lose too!” is what makes this seem shady. As you said, you would hide that information. They aren’t hiding it in hopes that it makes you feel more confident in their system.

This is fact. Until they aren’t the best dogs in the world and are busy eating/chewing/digging everything you care about in life. But that is puppy life, and one is now almost three and is over that nonsense. The other is only 1 and is still a bit mischievous.
