That is good of them but....how, exactly, is Starbucks punished for their misdeeds? $1 each to two guys? Why isn’t it Starbucks who is setting up this program for young entrepreneurs? I get that the police are city employees, and they certainly should be ponying up some dough but...so should Starbucks.

FWIW, the 3DS doesn’t really have a good way to back up saves either—at least not through Nintendo. You can make a copy of your card, and there’s a “backup save data” function for up to 20 0r so games....but that’s it. Nintendo has largely not embraced the idea of cloud saves/backups. Except for Pokemon Bank, that is.
