@mrennett: I haven't played Assassin's Creed Brotherhood multiplayer, but from what I've heard it would be the most abusable use of split-screen peeking ever :-P
I said I'd stay off TAY until the re-design shitstorm calmed down, but I just have to ask : where the hell are the Kalichun shop contest results?
I always thought they should totally make a "cape and sword" style game with a cocky hero voiced by Hugh Grant. I love that guy's voice. His delivery is always spot-on, he's a natural!
Eek, that sounds pretty terrible too! Although technically, if you thought you were one week ahead, you gained an entire week! :-D
Yeaaah, I got these kind of memories from Gamespot too, but it's not so bad if you stay out of Console Wars.
I'd say it's a case where the game is really better than the sum of its parts. Every mini-game is really simple, but once you get a few quests in your log and start getting bits of map leading to treasures and lost family members, it starts getting really addictive.
I'll probably be finishing Stacking.
Aaah that's more like it!
"From the first time a kid picked up a stick and pretended it was a sword, toys have unlocked kids' imaginations. And how often have you wanted to bring those toys to life, to see them become animated and take them on an adventure?"
I think I'll be taking a break from commenting on TAY. Lately it's been filled with bitching about the re-design, and that's not why I come here. I come here to talk about videogames. I'll be going back to Gamespot's forums until everyone just bites the bullet and accepts the re-design...
This is not Spyro. It looks like the offspring of Spyro and Sam the ugliest dog.
This morning I dreamed I woke up. In my dream, it was 6 AM, I showered, got down the stairs, and my dad told me it was saturday, that I could go back to bed, and that's what I did.
I may get I Love Katamari for that price. The demo wasn't great, but I'm a Katamari addict :-(
Hell yeah! I think there's online co-op for that one, right? Can't wait!
The easiest Archdemon to get first is in world 2, but it's still a pretty tough ride getting there.
Sword & Poker is a lot of fun. Think Puzzle Quest with poker instead of Bejeweled.
It's funny, because as your backlog thins, mine only grows bigger because of these posts. I got Muramasa through Amazon a few days ago, started playing it yesterday. Definitely impressed so far! Will probably be getting A Boy And His Blob too.
I don't know about "attractive", but they did mention they'd go to great lengths to make it more playable.
So true. I always found it weird that Bethesda goes to incredible lenghts to immerse you in their worlds, but can't find any better reason than "You can't go any further, please go back" to keep you out of their boundaries. Really? Maybe there could be a minefield or an elf guard sniping you from far away? It totally…
