Correct me if I'm wrong, but as beautiful as they are, I heard that voxel graphics were a pain to animate. You can create some very detailed models, but it's hard to actually wrap those around a "skeleton" of sorts and make them move.

I've found that most of my favorite JRPG tunes aren't the epic, grandiose, sweeping ones. The ones that stick with me are the comforting songs you hear in towns or hubs. My absolute favorite is probably the Balamb Garden theme from FFVIII.

Worth it? I was expecting $30, so I'm waiting for a sale. If it's as good as the Wii game I might get it anyway.

Tried the demo yesterday evening... The puzzles are good, the atmosphere is there, and the switch to 3D really works out for the characters... But not for the environments. Instead of navigating environments by clicking on arrows (like in Myst), you have to drag on the touchscreen or use the thumbsticks to look…

I really, really, REALLY hope they sync all the goddamn monsters this time, not just the bigger ones. Watching a friend get mauled by an invisible monster in MH Tri was just lame.

It's actually illegal to wear headphones while riding a bike here in Quebec, Canada. I used to do it anyway, and many still do, as it's not exactly the most enforced law (you CAN get a ticket for it, but most cops aren't that zealous and will give you a warning, if anything).

Ah well, that doesn't change much for me, since sales tax were already applied at most online Canadian retailers. It's a bummer, but hey, worst case scenario, I just pay as much as I would in a physical retailer.

Well, I have a DSi XL, and while games look more pixelated, I still love the bigger screens, they make the experience more immersive.

Oh yes, I'm sure they will! But as long as they're not localized, I see no reason to rush and get a 3DS, that's all I'm saying :)
