Its weird the things we keep to remember those passed.
Its weird the things we keep to remember those passed.
Exactly.
Palworld may be a flash in the pan and shallow, but Pokmeon fans have wanted Pokemon games to be more like Palworld for a long time.
This reminds me of the story from a long time ago, where the son would race against his dads ghost in a racing game... but never would beat it so he could play against his dad anytime he wanted.
We can say Palworld was a stolen asset, crude and controversy riddled mess all we want (and it kind of definitely was).
PalWorld just came out a few weeks ago and its success was a huge surprise to basically everybody, so there’s hardly been enough time for Pokemon to react to it in a meaningful way.
Yeah...nah.
Never mind the fact that Palworld literally came out last month, so the idea that somehow Gamefreak or TPC will be able to course correct from whatever projects they’ve been working to “respond to Palworld” is silly.
But also...I don’t think anyone really wants them to put out a product that’s in “response”…
All that I can say is that resting on one’s laurels is dangerous. Sometimes you have a literally untouchable position and you can keep churning out drivel that turns to gold. Other times you end up like Sim City, that legendary game series that people occasionally mention while enjoying Cities: Skylines.
What is there to choose carefully about?
>The article is about a pinball machine at CPAC
I always read that pasta as “This is all I have and your choices make me feel bad.”
Cult of the Lamb has a bunch of difficulty levels, and it even lets you do things like turn off time passing and make yourself invincible. I, personally, don’t use those options. But I also don’t mind at all that they’re there. It doesn’t change my experience at all, so why would I care if others use them?
I have made this argument with Soulchads so many times and they always come back with “you need to Git Gud” and “it’s against the developer’s concept” and then sometimes they get into a long-drawn out discussion about how death and rebirth are integral to understanding the games’ worlds.
You don’t have to, I don’t support people who support genocide.
You clearly don’t understand whataboutism.
As shown, a vote for Biden is a vote for Palestinian genocide. ANd Yemeni genocide for that matter.
Also, even if it WAS just “easy mode,” so what? When games have an outright, clearly-stated easy mode, so what? I would love for someone to give me a legitimate argument for how someone else playing a game on easy -- online games/multiplayer games notwithstanding, of course -- affects THEIR experience with/enjoyment…
Despite it all, Netanyahu is proving through his blood lust and psychopathy that he controls the US Congress through the Israel lobby as well as the US Military. The entire US government sells out to the highest bidder, regardless where they’re from.
Still think it’s a democracy?
It’s wild how across the board MAGA folks can not understand how to produce anything aesthetically pleasing. Any time they try and create literally anything it looks like clip-art, Windows 95 slide show, horse shit.
“Freedom Dawg Games” reads to me as “We took an IQ test and it came back negative”.
That’s hilarious. People create the stupidest stuff.
