Museums exhibit old stuff, but the Exosuit is a prototype. Its first test underwater is scheduled for July 2014. The expectations are high: This Deep-Diving Suit May Save You From Cancer, screams the Slate headline, while the image caption emphasizes, "this is not a toy."
Bridging cultures: Erin Meyer leads a multi-cluttered multi-cultural life. A professor at a prestigious business school, she teaches Intercultural Negotiations and How To Say "This Is Crap" In Different Cultures. If the Dutch and Brits need help, what about understanding aliens?!
She's the cover girl for Wall Street Journal's Women's Style for March 2014, wearing astronomically-priced fashions. She looks nothing like her alter ego, the one we know and love. But she reveals there are parallels, of sorts, between the real and the virtual life.

Artist James Bridle is truly shocked by the Big Brother surveillance, so he created a shocking art project. You expect modern art to shock anyways, and this one does: it shocks your shoulder to alert you whenever spy cameras record your every move. I'd choose a mild vibration instead of a shock that makes you twitch,…
