It’s amazing to read this comment after the nasty thread above. Thanks for posting it - a good reminder that there isn’t just a single narrative about anyone.

I have a feeling Reese has dealt with that attitude her entire life. Reading a recent interview with her, I wouldn’t count her out.

In high school, my car was my only private place. Even though my friend and I literally drove circles around our town, it was my space, my music, my control. I needed that so much as a teen.

I don’t know, I don’t think we should ignore what we’ve discovered about brain and psych development into your 20s and how it influences your decision-making. You’re right, the world doesn’t end - but is that really the bar we’re aiming to meet? It’s not the worst ever?

I have to agree. I’ve worked with a lot of distributed teams and, if you have good coworkers, they make it work more often than not. Unfortunately, some coworkers are terrible and use working remotely as an excuse to be invisible or not really work.

Um, also, does everyone think she actually shaves her head after every workout? I thought she was answering the questions unseriously and that one was a big clue. Unless she’s actually bald now?

Also, I don’t think she was serious about shaving her head. Why does everyone assume this answer was totally serious?
