The best investment I ever made was to get the $10 Da Bird toy. I was skeptical, because it looked like every other wand toy that my cats occasionally play with an then ignore. But this thing spins and flicks and gets all of my cats running around the house like mad so that they are too tired to wake me up at 5am.
