I really hope that this doesn’t overshadow tonight’s episode of “Allen vs Farrow”. They have some 60 boxes of evidence, including the case worker for Dylan Farrow. He was fired when he refused to back down from the case, and his supervisor quit a year later because Woody Allen was never charged.

also you are incredibly naive ‘wanted to marry someone.’ uh huh.  that’s all there was to it.

yes, she got out.  as she rightly should have as she obviously did not want to be there.  harry got out, too, would have been difficult if he had not married an american.  now can they please stfu and fade into obscurity because neither of them are talented enough or relevant enough to command the type of fees they

oh, i don’t really know.  but the queen gave them stuff very extremely related to their strengths and interests - so i doubt that ever would have been what she complained about.  my impression is meghan truly is not aware the entire rest of the planet does not want to be american, does not admire everything about

That’s not how it works when you marry a Prince, and she knows this.  And she had her sights set on this shit - it was no accident.

Will echo that Palm Springs is pretty good. I was pretty disappointed by the new Borat movie, but that’s just me.

Do you really think the woman who was cuckqueening Diana has that much respect for her?

Ah the People’s Princess.

Now playing

One of the first clips about the interview was her saying how she felt liberated by not having to ask permission to do something and she describes it in pretty absolutist terms.

She would never be allowed to select her own charities to represent.  That is bestowed by the Queen.  And why would she have not been thrilled with her placement with the National Theatre, for instance?  I mean...I don’t think that’s her grievance, anyway - that kind of complaint.  But I understand why you are asking

This!  She was expected to play a role in an ancient institution, to be deferential, and it was not all about her and she was expected to care about protocol.  I do think she naively thought otherwise.  That is how I see it, based on everything I’ve read.  It obviously was not for her, so it’s good she got out and

Which will never happen as long as Harry and Meghan draw this shit out instead of retiring to live the “private life” they allegedly desire.

It was embarrassing letter that finally did in the French monarchy and saw Louis XVI beheaded.

It’s not on over here until tomorrow and I’ll watch it just so I can hear Meghan’s point of view but right now I wouldn’t be surprised if the palace is more worried and/or damaged by the bullying review than anything she says in the interview.

Palm Springs is pretty good.

The problem is that there are no universal understood rules anymore.” There never have been. It’s just that people are talking about it now.

From an older guy from a different (no better, probably much worse) generation: kudos to you, in every way, for this.

I’ve been struck in recent years by similar thoughts about my adolescence: as far as sex and intimacy went, it really was a lose-lose situation. It was sort of the Paris Hilton/teen girl version of ‘having it all’: academic, athletic, or artistic achievements were great, but it was all ‘less than’ unless you were also

Exactly. She’ll make money from enough people to live.

I don’t think the typical QVC viewer is concerned or aware of her exes indiscretions.  A line like duchess sounds like something that would do well there.
