Doesn’t matter. This type of rule is always about curbing littering which means they’re always meant for the public.

Everyone being entitled to representation doesn’t mean you have to jump in and be the one to provide it while simultaneously being at the head of a school.

It’s been a steady slide down as conservatives take up more and more space in the public arena with things like Fox News. They have that deep seated need to make mountains out of molehills while ignoring real problems. It makes them feel important even though they aren’t actually improving anything.

You’re very welcome. What I wrote about the quality of your comments (and obviously the intellect that generates them) is sincere.

Yes, don’t give up. When you know how often authors who ended up have bestsellers/great classics had their work rejected before someone finally saw the light and published their work, it means rejection isn’t a reflection of the quality of your writing at all.

It’s insane. Apparently people have to find an agent to represent them before they can get their manuscript read much less published. It’s one hurdle after the other with them unless you self publish but then you have to self promote to reading clubs and such.

But even then, who texts an employer to report something like this? No eating rules exist to prevent littering so there’d only be something to mention if the worker had left a mess behind.

Despite your servile mentality, rules aren’t laws and they’re meant to be applied with discernment. This sort of measure is put in place because people eat and then leave their food wrappers and disposable cups all over the place creating a mess. On paper, it applies to everyone but really it's always meant for the

Thanks again. :-)

Ah, Thanks! I studied this over 15 years ago and remembered that the interest rates that could be charged changed radically after the recession of the early 80s but totally forgot that Delaware is where that uncapping phenomenon started.

Weeelll, if you listen to people’s life stories, being sociable is often the reason why they got their foot in the door (or got a spouse at a time when women usually got income via their husband’s job, for example). The term networking spells out in bold print the financial benefit of socializing but it was always

The person needing a payday loan now would need it whether or not everyone else’s credit card debt can have a 15 or 25% interest rate on it. Right now, all cc holders are paying in the form of extra interest rates for a risk that cc companies aren’t even actually taking. Even at 15% payday lenders would be making a

Well, that used to be true but people now often go into credit card debt for things they do need but can’t afford outright on their income. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that personal debt has increased as prices have gone up yet incomes have stagnated.

Yes, but a person with a history of defaulting on debts presently would have limited access to credit anyways. If you’re not going to be paid back it doesn’t matter if the interest you get to charge on the debt is 15, 25 or 50%. You’re not getting any of it back.

I don’t think you understand how lending works. They don’t need to collude, they have money they must lend to turn a profit on it and people need money enough to pay to have access to it. Without government controls on it, the supply and demand of that market has determined that the most they can ask and consumers

That’s unlikely. If this becomes the law of the land, CC companies will just have to get used to the new normal (which is actually a return to how it used to be). There will still be billions to be made with a top rate of 15%.

I know, but I’m an old and hate reading ebooks. :-) They only really started to become a thing when I was in college.

I couldn’t take that chance with my mom, once she loves a book good luck getting at it :-) I had a copy mailed to her when I bought mine. Hey, wait a minute, that means I needed 4 copies to be able to finish that book. Worth it.

Prepare to buy multiple copies. I had to buy three copies of Becoming before I could finish it because the others got taken. My tote and its contents were safe but not that book. :-D

Might this be a subtle dig? Remember Hillary Clinton's tweet that all of Trump's books ended at Chapter Eleven in reference to his multiple bankruptcies?
