They just see an (R) by his name and go, “Okay.”

No it won’t. Once people are done having children, they will absolutely forget about anything to be an asshole to someone else.

The things the gossipy neighbors downstairs would say!

If this didn’t have an endpoint I would be scared for it. As is they have two seasons to create a masterpiece. They are about halfway there.

Yeah Skarsgard killed that monologue.

Don’t forget about all of the revolutionaries who have been vilified for making the hard decisions.

My guess is that Season One ends with Mon Mothma on the run. Maybe they’ll save that for S2 and cliffhanger on her being busted - then open S2 with Mon’s escape. It’ll be interesting to see how (or even if) the show gets her to her big rallying broadcast scene from the Ghost on Rebels.*

I disagree. Given Andor’s overall tone, I think it was deliberately tragic. The man will either drown in the sea or just get stuck waiting on the platform until guards arrive - and then kill him.

“I share my dreams with ghosts.”

I saw that too. This is why we can’t have nice things. Turns out people prefer the shows they can follow while looking at their phone.

Fantastic episode.

Funny you say that, because Luthen and Lonni detailing their own deeply personal sacrifices for the cause also reminded me of another wonderful bit of Star Trek monologuing, from TNG’s “The Defector.”

Kino’s speech I agree didn’t really hit the mark, but Luthen’s one on sacrifice was absolutely captivating. The entire scene of Jung descending into the depths of Coruscant while Luthen’s talk on the comms itself descended into the murky depths of his morality was brilliant. And the best part knowing that Luthen could

Kino’s inspirational speech is a little cliche and safe by Andor standards, but, hey, they’ve earned it.

Yeah, B is a harsh grade. We got a pulse-pounding prison break, a self-righteous monologue, a smarmy loan shark face off, and the reveal of an ISB mole. Also the fact that the only characters who were sure to survive were Cassian and Melshi, so that made it all the more exciting.

It was almost as if he was pretty sure he was never gonna make it that far. He obviously knew they were surrounded by water. He just happened to survive his suicide mission.

The emotions he conveyed was powerful. The fear the shock the sadness.

“My abortion is different…”

Up until the moment this happened to her she happily supported this happening to OTHER people. Republican morality.

Bitch knew who she was supporting all these years. Miss me with this shit.
