I think their point is more on track with "people were led to believe this would be a faithful representation of the Bible"... but it wasn't. They are pointing out where it wasn't so that people going into it can make an educated decision and set expectations.
I felt Answers In Genesis did a pretty thorough and reasonable breakdown as to what points should be questioned in the film.
