This is exactly what I think he is doing

1st gear: You also had the votes the last time you attempted this, but this time, the Delaware Court of Chancery might not only strike down the funneling of investors’ money, but actually sanction you and the board for continuing to attempt this type of fraudulent hoodwinking of investors.

He’s either softening resistance or making it look like resistance is futile, I agree.  If it was really happening, he wouldnt say a thing and just let it happen.

I like thinking that Elon is lying through his teeth with that graphic—from his own propaganda platform no less—in order to soften up resistance to his obscene pay package. Make the uber-payday appear to be a foregone conclusion—appealing to people’s desire to be on the “winning” side.

Tesla’s biggest argument for convincing people to vote for his pay package is that if they don’t he might start ghosting his job.

I’m still waiting for those profits to trickle down.  Should be any day now...

A story as old as Reagan’s economic policy.

GM: This union deal will kill us! How could we possibly pay for this labor and keep the jobs in America?!

Translation - “a new Model Y is gonna cost yall exactly $56 billion”

The cybertruck is a fiasco of an ego project. Can't wait for the bogus robo taxi reveal later this summer. Tesla is basically cooked and Elon is trying to stuff his personal piggy bank while it's happening.

The truck isn’t significantly bigger than most other trucks in the same category/class. No chance parking is a real issue. The guy probably realized he’s stuck with a shitty overpriced hunk of metal, and is trying to find a way out of that insane contract.

““We think the stock works best when there are auto company fundamentals that justify the stock price.””

Covid turbocharged the Tesla peak and Elons final descent into MAGA pilled fool.

Tesla peaked around the same time as Elmo lost his marbles.

Seems like the price is tied up in the dream that by the time other automakers catch up in the EV market, Tesla will be out in the lead on much more advanced technology.

Bullish investors justify Tesla’s valuation with a long list of reasons, pointing to its technology and fervent fan base

Despite all this, Tesla is still the world’s most valuable automaker with a $560 billion market cap.

1st Gear: Someone here, I can’t remember who, said it best a couple of years ago: “Auto manufacturers will learn how to build EVs before Tesla learns how to build cars.”

“We think the stock works best when there are auto company fundamentals that justify the stock price.””
