TO BE FAIR, I don’t think Wanda’s arc is over. Scarlet Witch and Elizabeth Olsen are super popular (and visible), and I don’t think a temple falling on her is anything more than a bump on a road for a comics character, especially one as superpowered as she is.

You really wouldn’t have to spend tens of millions to recreate the Capitol Wasteland, though - it’s basically rubble strewn everywhere with some visible landmarks from time to time.
