Wait for the first shipment of AI controlled self-driving cars to be in a ship that has a fire - crowding the freight elevators in a desperate attempt to escape, smashing against the closed cargo doors, loud horns honking plaintively and then fading as their speaker surrounds melt and then the cones burn, silencing

Integrated batteries doesn’t mean they’re not removable.

Amazingly enough, it was not, Billy Joel.

Tesla has been facing criticism for its marketing, aka Autopilot and FSD, for years -- and ignoring it. Including government reports showing that people think Autopilot, means it drives itself.

Actually, most companies legally are forced to test the kinks of new stuff BEFORE they can sell it to their victims, instead of using the end costumer as a crash test dummy

Most likely to locate a change of underwear, which I assume most Alaskans keep on hand in their car for just such driving conditions.

From everything I’ve read, it seems the non-QF models are generally reliable, at least as much as ze Germans.  The past few years I’ve been really tempted to take the dive (before the market went insane).

Yeah, Elon is like the turd kid we all knew who annoyed and shit on everyone. That is until some other bigger kid beat the snot out of him. Where is that kid now?

Requires real genius to make it usable.

The update will simply change the name to Wicked Witch Mode and do the same thing but the displays will show a warning about possible vehicle damage while AutoFlight is engaged.

while holding the ‘Large’ (XXXL) soda in your other hand because it doesnt fit in the “poorly designed” cup holder for regular sized drinks....

Ah, the “Hammond” test.

You’ll be apples.

Let’s just keep it real: This is actually an important test. I consider myself a pretty good driver, did the Skip Barber thing, have done a few track days in kinda-fast cars (Corvette Z06, etc)... and even I think that cars with this level of power would scare the absolute bejeezus out of me.

This was a fine system until Tesla decided to circumvent it with their stupid-ass yoke.

Relatively speaking, any idiot should be able to make a fast and safe multi-million dollar car.

Relatively speaking, they stuck the landing. Could have been a lot worse if they had faceplanted into the bank.

Hand on the passenger seat and looking back while backing up? This is DEFINITELY that guys preference and not the law in the US. That is incredibly dumb to push that on someone, especially with todays backup cams. That dude must have been like 70. Not to mention, when you parallel park, you don’t REALLY look directly b

Don’t argue with the proctor, even if you know they’re wrong.

So the question is, do I follow these bizarre teachings just so I can pass my test and get released into the world
