Your first point is wrong.It’s quite easy to guess how many would be affected should a bomb drop on or near the circuit.At any given time a bomb landing on the track itself could only affect a few cars.Basically those within a 100m(ish).And given the protection the cars have,it would be unlikely anything terrible…
