I think they should have extended the fenders into the grill area- even project slightly forward of it.That would have looked slightly less weird. And made the fenders work better.

I dont know enough about it to give any strong opinions.
I see they’ve included vents and a visor at that price. FWIW i think they’ve hit a great compromise between protection and usability.

That’s interesting.I dont take much notice of f1 so dont know the fine details.
Imagine he got a new engine(and the penalty) every single race from now on.How amazing -and stressful!- would that be

The most predictable response ever: He’ll never forget to look in future

Sorry i worded that wrong.Lots of sports have had permanent numbers for 20-ish years. That’s what i meant

I thought i’d heard all anti harley jokes but i was wrong. One final way to screw their heirs huh?
Take your well deserved star

A random related thought: What would that many amps do to the human body?
My tenuous knowledge of how electricity works makes me think our body’s natural resistance wouldnt allow that many amps to flow through it?

I’ve got to say i agree with Max. I grew up in an era when everyone wanted that number. The last 20-ish years of permanent numbers feels wrong.
This goes for other motor sports as well

I dont much mind ferraris in any colour but that yellow one is terrible

This is a good a time as any to ask about next year’s changes, specifically the aero.
Will teams be able to develop and change the areodynamics?Besides the adjustments that are presumably built in that is.

Top gun “A masterpiece commercial for the US Airforce”?
Somehow that small mistake amuses me no end

“Please be paranoid”
Thankyou elon for the rare moment of sanity

It’s got a 2 stroke diesel? I’ll take it!

Ralph Nader’s niece was among the victims”
THAT Ralph Nader?Man,what are the chances.Crazy

So my question is -how is this better than a space cannon?
Maximum acceleration is the limiting factor with both types.Would the maximum centripetal* forces of this design be less than the maximum linear forces of a cannon?

*i’m pretty sure i’ve used the wrong term there.Should it be centrifugal?

I like that they’re trying but have doubts it will work out.Hopefully it’s possible.

The fault-penalty loop desnt work like that. You should know better.

The right move, as demonstrated by Scandinavians of yore, is to switch entirely to wood gas

Was this tongue in cheek? I cant quite tell.
In theory some countries have enough wood waste to convert a significant portion of their cars to woodgas, but i’ve read it doesnt work out well.Something about the costs of

This is largely true.Car companies arent fuel/energy producers!
Or is that the long term plan? Will government eventually force them to make their own renewable fuels?

So it drops down yet still exposes its easily scratched outer surface? Have i got that right?
It sounds like a nightmare trying to load this without damage
