As much as i hate tesla’s attitude to AP and their insane choice to completely forego certain sensors, i think they deserve some credit for the system that learns road conditions.Over time this will make a useful contribution

I cant believe none of the following cars cleaned him up.Man that’s a scary situation
I dont blame subaru 100% for this. They spent money making a system and did so with the expectation they’d get a return on their investment.
Now the law changes so they have to give it away for free? It’s not surprising they reacted badly.
Are there are large losses with this type of system?Am i remembering that correctly?
Is it strange i got fixated on the charge port cover? It has not one but two crease lines through it. A design that’s just begging to make alignment difficult.
Of course this isnt a tesla so it’ll be fine.
An odd design though
Well that was interesting! I guess i thought like most others did- that women would choose to be more environmentally responsible. It seems that only stretches so far?
This tends to match my observations.Generally women are more averse to dealing with problem cars. They just want something that works.
This misses the point. The shops dont want them there so there must be a reason
To be fair what can they do?Trying to help with medical stuff would be a bad idea.Staying there at least shows some respect for those injured
I hadnt heard of that one. I like that such a law exists, but am unsure what the number should be.Probably much higher
Good point,i forgot about that angle.
Lol, i didnt see that one coming.
Just one random thought-
I like how they apologized. Using common blunt language reads slightly better
Ive asked this in every article so far: Even if the police don’t charge the driver, the injured people will all be suing surely?
They’ll get justice that way right?
Rhetorical thought: Why is it that a short tow rope on a car feels insane while doing the same with motorcycles feels merely awkward?
For sure part of this is due to having other things to worry about- like being pulled onto your side anytime there’s a corner. But the braking part does feel easier somehow
Haha. This is so much of my childhood too.
I cant complain though.Although extremely cheap my dad did spend on odd, sometimes really interesting things.Plus some things other kids never got
Number of speakers in cars get’s well into double digits?Really??
I’d avoid such idiotic cars on principal
“This the correct response to ANY rapper” - was my response.
They are all peices of shit, whether black or white
Um yeah.About those. This proves two things:
-Most drivers are clueless.
-The use of short, dark colored, hard to judge solid objects are a ***really*** stupid idea.
Put up large flouro sheetmetal swinging gates and only the truly retarded would hit them
4th Gear: I’m not surprised the japanese are getting more confrontational.Almost their entire pension/savings system is tied up in their companies.Any problems mean less money for their rapidly aging population.
The quick answer is not yet ,or only in small amounts over time.
Basically they wanted to keep him invested in the company long term, and i think they went the right way about it.
Whether its a good idea to keep him is another question entirely ;-)
