Man, not on the planets I visited. I found some pack grazers that would absolutely obliterate any predators in seconds. I found more dead predators than herbivores haha.

Enjoy being absolutely unhinged, I guess. At least, that’s how it seems to some. But, you know.

You can change your load out when you restart at a checkpoint after dying. Also, whenever you restart at a checkpoint you are fully resupplied and repaired.

Weird times have us in their sights.

Absolutely. In my eyes, ‘baseline’ would be whatever seems to be approximate human to the one receiving the implants/surgeries—that is, if a change of gender is how they view themselves at baseline, that alteration is just bringing them closer to how they should be.

I could be wrong, but this is too interesting a discussion to not submit something to it: is it not true that the newer versions of the tabletop game (Red) allow leeway for modifications that are considered necessary for survival and quality of life? For example, becoming ‘baseline’ for a human? Like if you get in a

My mom and dad played all of our consoles before we got them for Christmas when my sister and I were kids, haha. My mom has a PS5 for god’s sake. I don’t even have a PS5!

FYI, you actually can skip the cutscene. At least, you can in multiplayer.

Reminds me of that scene in Fable 2, was it? Where the BBEG starts monologuing and if you listen to it eventually one of the support characters just shoots him? Haha.

I agree with this, generally. While Yoshida is known to be emotional and considerate in the workplace, and pushed for more break time during patch cycles for his employees, it doesn’t exclude him from the possibility of saying hurtful things. I don’t think he’s cut from the same cloth as the executive class—nothing

I do agree that he should have checked his tone a bit, but at the same time, it’s just a casual comment and it’s hard for me to read this as offensive. It strikes me as an unfair expectation of the man to hold his joke in response to Twitch chat to the same standard as a sterile press release. Some of the response

The biggest thing I learned from this post is that I miss Sophie. :<

I don’t even know what to say at this point. All I can do is hope they keep this crap out of FFXIV.

Wow, has inflation hit the camera market super hard or something? I bought a mirrorless Sony a few years ago for $500. It probably isn’t as good as any of these, but man, a ‘budget mirrorless’ is now double the price for one without a lens? This reminds me of audiophile reviews where they’ll recommend a budget pair of

I believe that in California, second-degree murder only requires that deaths occur during the commission of an “inherently dangerous” felony. Given that Linton knew the risks going in (driving 90+mph, over a dozen previous incidents on their record), they’re going for the second-degree murder charges.

Further demonstrating that these sharks see mobile games as a way to divorce people from increasing shares of their income.

I remember reading something about the game being rendered in a strange way in terms of animations, and that it was really difficult for the Scumm team to get it working properly. I wonder if ND was running into the same issues. Sure uh, sure looks like it...

FWIW, I’ve only ever heard good stories about the Ron Tonkin dealers since I moved to Portland. I ended up buying my car from a private sale, but they’re one of the dealers I’ve been thinking about when I ever make a future purchase.

Oh, you don't understand. Unfortunate. Oh, well.

Ah, so you do understand why people would want it not to be that way. Got it.
