As a former mechanic, I know better than to buy mechanic owned vehicles. They fix other people’s cars all day, you think they’re going to want to fix theirs in their freetime? Mechanics know enough to fix what needs to be fixed, and when to fix it. But they’re not doing preventative repairs lol
