Urbanski has always been facing a murder charge - I believe there’s security camera footage if I remember correctly that pretty much made that unavoidable.

ETA - according to an earlier article he was charged with “first- and second-degree murder and first-degree assault.”

This was such fab news when it hit the wires a few days ago. Made me very happy. (And yep, I donated, and will again if they need more money next year.)

I did NOT understand the point of the boycott. Mostly because Twitter fucking runs in the red anyway - it’s not like a product boycott would do anything. Twitter follows and retweets are not actual currency.

I know what you meant, but you said that and I automatically flashed to John Urschel. (Though he seems to have been quiet on Kap/Taking a Knee since leaving the NFL and focusing on his PhD.)

Sorry - on a more serious note? As others have noted, pretty much never when it concerns a person of color in any posture that might make a white person nervous.
